Return an item
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Lackto. You can return your collection piece within 14 days for a full refund. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All refunds will be credited back via your initial form of payment.
Requesting an exchange of your product is simple and quick! Send an email with your order number and an explanation of the possible problem so that we can optimize our service. The shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Lackto will repair your necklace or link, in the event of a manufacturing defect, within six months of purchase, at no additional cost. We ask that you please review our "Caring For Your Jewelry" section to keep your jewelry looking brand new!
Delivery Error, Product or Packaging Damage
If you have received your product in anything less than perfect condition, such as open packaging, broken, lack of product, or in disagreement with what you have purchased, please notify us immediately via e-mail, so we can fix it quickly.
